Naturalist Nook: Wings of Wonder
June 20th
This month children will learn all about the important role pollinators play in our ecosystems while exploring the fascinating life cycle of a butterfly and how butterflies, bees, and other pollinators help plants and flowers thrive. Participants will head out on a guided walk and practice observation skills, make scientific discoveries, and learn how to identify common pollinators in the field and record in their nature journals
To wrap up the adventure, participants will decorate and personalize their very own take-home butterfly craft to celebrate everything they learned during the program.
